Please upload your high-quality photo and include the following information in the personalization box:

• Senior title (Examples: Senior Mom, Senior Dad, Senior Nana, Senior Papa, Senior Sister, Senior Aunt, etc.)
• Senior's name
• Font color
• Any additional wording or customization you'd like included

Before Your Order Is Printed

Once I receive your order, I will create a digital mock-up and send it to you for approval before printing.

Please review your mock-up carefully. It is your responsibility to verify:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Colors

Your order will not be printed until you approve the mock-up.
